What got me started with art in general was growing up and watching anime like Digimon and Salior Moon! One could say that I started my artistic journey with Fan Art, so it is near and dear to my heart. If i end up liking something, whether it's a show, movie, or game I will usually end up making some type of art for it.

Talk about a fundamental shift in the magical girl scene - watching this anime for the first time was like graduating. I highly recommend you watch it if you haven't seen it, since it is a very dark take on the magical girl trope. Episode 4 with the witch Charlotte is what got me, so she is my favorite witch!
I initially was practicing my digital art on Krita when i made this design! This year I ended up doing a re-design of my original digital pieces since I have a very distinct traditional style that I have developed over the years!

Teamfight Tactics + League
It wasn't until my current partner came along that I first ended up downloading the League client on a random Tuesday night around 2am. I had sat and watched them Play, while they explained it to me for a few months before the urge overcame me...
Needless to say that we haven't stopped playing since!
I mostly play Teamfight Tactics, but every now and then will switch to ARAM or Ranked. Riot keeps things interesting every season and we can't help but chase the rank dragon sometimes...T^T
I enjoy drawing the champions all chibi. Also, if my partner and I have a really good season I will draw our TFT Tacticians being cute!

Katamari Damacy
Talk about another super memorable game - Katamari Damacy! It's a super relaying game of rolling around and making giant balls of things...until it gets to the last minute and the timer starts buzzing at you aggressively, you panic, and then when it's done you are judged harshly.
I would call it the start of the unhinged cozy game era.

Witch hat atelier
A more recent anime that is currently still airing but the story is extremely captivating. The art is absolutely stunning from the manga to the show!
I am excited to continue following this story and the depth that it brings with it. It's everything a magic, witch hyper-focused person could want.
Like the animators and most of the fans- we adore the bushbuddy companion!
My first design I wanted to match my Helmo meme design, which ironically is inspired by a frame from the manga.

Steven Universe
I was super late to the Steven Universe fandom, but I'm glad that I got here! It's such a great show that is also really chill, so it was a easy watch.
You will notice that my absolute favorite Crystal Gem is Garnet and her Fusions.
My next Garnet piece I initially wanted to include Ruby + Sapphire, but I ended up not for composition sake. I might do one with them in the future.
This little Garnet sketch is only 1 inch high in my sketchbook, but so precious.

I adore Sardonyx because I love the juxtaposition in her personality with Garnets- expressive, silly, and zany. The piece emphasizes movement, personality, and clean visual storytelling while paying homage to the bold, graphic appeal of modern animated characters.
