Yes! All commissions require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total. The second 50% will be due once the sketch phase is completed.

You may request up to 2 small modifications after the initial draft/sketch. Additional changes will incur extra fees.

Anything illegal, offensive material, or anything that makes me uncomfortable.

No. All artwork, including sketches and drafts, cannot be used to train, feed, or generate AI models. Personal use is allowed, commercial or AI use is prohibited.

All artwork remains the property of the artist unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Tracking is included with all packages. I cannot guarantee replacement for lost items, but I will assist in filing claims. Report damaged items within 48 hours. Shipping damages are out of my control but i can assist you in filing a claim. I will package everything really well, but if it is a concern I recommend using insurance.Local pick-up for custom commissions is available but must be arranged during the initial request.All orders including custom commissions will be shipped once a week on Friday. Orders placed before 12pm EST on Fridays will be shipped that day. Any orders placed after that time will be shipped the following Friday.

Timeline depends on complexity and current queue. You’ll receive an estimated completion date when your commission is confirmed.

Yes! You may display your commission for personal use, such as on social media or in a personal collection. Please credit me if posting publicly.

Yes. I reserve the right to decline any request at my discretion, especially if it falls outside the guidelines above.
